Welcome to getsteadi.com (the “Site”), operated by Steadi Labs LLC (“Steadi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this Site, or by purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using this Site, you represent that:

  • you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you are using the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian

  • the information you provide to us is accurate and complete

  • you will not use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms

2. Products and Availability We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible, including product descriptions, colors, dimensions, compatibility, and other features. However, actual product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and normal product variation.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected resale activity.

3. Product Use and Compatibility Steadi products are intended for general consumer use as described on the Site. You are responsible for using products safely and as intended.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Steadi does not guarantee that any product will prevent all spills, tipping, movement, or damage in every environment, condition, or use case. Product performance may vary based on the surface, container type, container size, user handling, and surrounding conditions. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your intended use before use.

3.1 Limitation of Liability Regarding Product Use Steadi is designed to significantly reduce the risk of tipped beverages, but it is not 100% spill-proof. Extreme force, uneven weight distribution, improper fit, or certain surfaces may still result in tipping. Always lift and carry your beverage by gripping the can or bottle itself, not the Steadi sleeve. The sleeve is engineered exclusively for surface stability, not as a carrying handle or carrying device.

By purchasing and using Steadi, you explicitly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with placing liquids near valuable items, including but not limited to computers, electronics, mobile devices, furniture, or documents. Steadi Labs LLC is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to personal property resulting from spills, dropped beverages, product misuse, or failure to follow these safety guidelines. In no event shall Steadi Labs LLC’s maximum liability regarding product performance or failure exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

4. Orders When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms and our acceptance.

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order in our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion of the order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

5. Prices and Payment All prices shown on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or other errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • the payment information provided is accurate and complete

  • you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

6. Shipping and Delivery We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on the Site or in your order confirmation. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain interruptions, incorrect addresses, customs issues, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Returns and Refunds Your purchase is also governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy for information about eligibility, timing, return procedures, refunds, and exclusions.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, bundles, gifts, or other special offers. These may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, usage limits, product exclusions, or one-time-use restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • promotions cannot be combined

  • promotions have no cash value

  • we may modify or cancel promotions at any time

If a promotion is applied in error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, product names, branding, trademarks, trade dress, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Steadi Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Site does not grant you any ownership or license rights in any content or intellectual property on the Site, except for the limited right to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, scrape, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

10. Feedback and Submissions If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, feedback, creative materials, or other submissions, you agree that we may use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, and otherwise exploit those submissions without restriction or compensation to you, unless prohibited by law.

You represent that any submission you provide:

  • is accurate

  • does not violate any third-party rights

  • does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material

11. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the physical design, functionality, or manufacturing process of any Steadi product

  • interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Site

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems

  • scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest Site data using automated means without our written permission

  • upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • impersonate any person or entity

  • use the Site to infringe the rights of Steadi or any third party

  • resell products purchased from the Site in violation of any stated reseller restrictions or policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services and Links The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, apps, payment processors, social media platforms, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS, CONTENT, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEADI LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

  • defects will be corrected

  • the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components

  • the Site or products will meet your expectations or requirements in every circumstance

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEADI LABS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

  • YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE

  • YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT

  • ANY ERROR, DELAY, INTERRUPTION, OR SECURITY ISSUE

  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION

  • ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER OR SHIPPING CARRIER

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THE PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Steadi Labs LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to:

  • your breach of these Terms

  • your misuse of the Site or products

  • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

16. Privacy Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.

17. Governing Law These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

18. Disputes and Binding Arbitration PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY—IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from us shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Orange County, California.

You and Steadi Labs LLC agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Steadi Labs LLC both waive any right to a jury trial.

19. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20. No Waiver Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

21. Changes to These Terms We may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this Site. The updated Terms will be effective as of the “Effective Date” listed above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
