The short version

Every Steadi order is covered by a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your full purchase price. Returns are free — we provide a prepaid return label. Used products are fine. If your drink still tips, we'll make it right.

The guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through getsteadi.com. The 30-day window begins on the date your order is delivered, as shown by carrier tracking (or, if tracking is unavailable, 5 business days after the ship date).

Within that window, you may return your order for a full refund of the purchase price for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

Used items are eligible. The guarantee exists so you can try Steadi in real life. Products that have been used normally are fully covered. You do not need the original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery — through the contact form at getsteadi.com/pages/contact (choose "Returns & guarantee") or by email at support@getsteadi.com. Include your order number.
  2. We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is free — you will not pay return postage on any U.S. return.
  3. Once your return is scanned into the carrier's system, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed on our end, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If it's been longer than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us and we'll chase it down.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return required for damaged or defective items. This applies regardless of the 30-day window for the affected shipment.

Exchanges

Want a different color? Contact us and we'll arrange the swap. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are also free.

After 30 days

The 30-day window is our formal commitment, but if something has gone wrong with your Steadi outside that window, contact us anyway. We handle late requests case by case, and we'd rather hear from you than not.

Scope and limitations

  • This policy applies to purchases made directly through getsteadi.com. For purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces, please use that seller's return process; if you get stuck, contact us and we'll try to help.
  • Wholesale, bulk, and corporate orders are governed by the terms agreed at the time of sale rather than this policy.
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud or clear abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). This reservation exists to protect the guarantee for everyone else — it will never be used against an ordinary customer with an ordinary request.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including California consumer protection law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
