The short version

Free shipping on every U.S. order. Orders ship from Orange, California — most leave the same or next business day — and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum order, no codes.

Processing and dispatch

Orders ship from our facility in Orange, California. Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier the same or next business day. During occasional high-volume periods (major sales, holidays), dispatch may take up to 2–3 business days — if your order will be delayed beyond that, we'll email you.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Typical U.S. transit time is 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside our control, but if your order seems stuck, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email at purchase and a shipping email with a live tracking link the moment your label is scanned. You can also look up any order at getsteadi.com/pages/track-order using the email address you ordered with.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not currently ship internationally. APO/FPO/DPO addresses: we're happy to try — place the order and contact us, or reach out first and we'll confirm.

Address errors

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll correct it. Once a package is in the carrier's system we can't reroute it, but we'll work with you on the best fix if it can't be delivered.

Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or shows delivered but the package isn't there after 2 days (carriers sometimes mark early), contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right — typically with a replacement shipment.
